In Between

Intention: I allow myself to be in between — unsettled, uncertain and unfinished. I trust that this, too, is part of the process.

There has been a shift in the weather this week. Summer is still here, but there is already something of autumn in the air.

I’ve felt a similar shift in myself — restless, full of ideas, but unable to settle into any of them. My instinct is to try to fix that feeling: make a plan, choose something, get started.

But creativity has seasons too. There are times for making and finishing, and times for gathering, waiting and not quite knowing.

This Full Moon card is about accepting the in-between rather than rushing through it. The green moth sits against an imperfect gold moon, suspended somewhere between light and darkness.

I’m leaving the card exactly as it is.

Practice

Notice something in your life that feels unresolved.

Instead of immediately trying to fix it, allow it to remain open for a little while.

I do not have to know what comes next.
