I loved the idea of a cute little mouse that lived in a matchbox, and made some up in a selection of bright colours, they sold really well at craft fairs. I then showed my daughter how to make her own, and she loved the process so much, that when I realised I wanted to have a go at making kits, it was the perfect one of my designs to translate into kit form.
